CITY COURT
The City Court handles the disposition of all traffic citations issued
by the City of La Vergne Police Department.
City Court is held at the Multi-purpose building located to the left
behind City Hall.
City Court is held on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Wednesday's of each month, except
on holidays. Click the calendar link on the menu to the left to see the
specific dates.
Court begins at 3:00 p.m. SHARP!
Payment Options (Office):
We take check, cash, and money order payments in the office.
We take Debit Card payments in the office. There is a service charge of $2.50.
We take Credit Card payments in the office. There is a service fee of $4.00 and above.
Payment Options (DropBox):
Check or money order payments (please no cash) may be placed in the drop box
located to the left of City Hall's back door. Please be sure to include your
name, address, and if applicable case or ticket number with any payments so
that they can be applied to the appropriate account. Payments made via the
drop box will be processed the following working business day.
Payment Options (Phone):
We take Credit Card and Check payments by phone. There is a flat rate service
charge of $4.00 for this service.
Payment Options (Web):
We take Credit Card and Check payments via VitalChek’s web payment portal.
There is a flat rate service charge of $4.00 for this service.

Visa Debit Card Customers
Due to an issue between VISA and VitalChek (our debit card processing company)
we can no longer accept/process "VISA" debit cards that bare/use
"INTERLINK" through our system.
If you would like we can attempt to process your Visa debit card through
VitalChek’s credit card process system, however there will be a charge of
$3.00 or 3.5%, whichever is greater. (This fee is charged by the VitalChek.
The City of La Vergne does not receive this fee.)
CITY SAFETY SCHOOL
City Safety School is held at the Multi-purpose building located to the left
behind City Hall.
City Safety School is held on the 2nd and 4th Thursday of each month, except
on holidays. Click the calendar link on the menu to the left to see the
specific dates.
Safety School begins at 7:30 p.m. SHARP!
