Miss La Vergne Pageants

Unfortunately the 2020 Miss La Vergne Beauty and Baby Pageant has been cancelled due to concerns over COVID-19. We hope to return for the 2021 pageant.

Pageant Information

The 2019 Miss La Vergne Beauty Pageant will be held on Saturday, September 7th at La Vergne Middle School; the 2019 Miss La Vergne Baby Pageant will be held on Sunday, September 8th at La Vergne Middle School.

This year participants will be judged in three categories: talent, formal wear, and interview response.

Starting with the Little Miss contestants and ending with the Miss La Vergne contestants. Each pageant category's winner and two runner-ups will be crowned at the conclusion of the pageant so group photos can be taken at that time.

Understand first and foremost that the goal of the pageants is for children and parents to have fun. When preparing and while participating, enjoy the time you spend with your children.

The cost is $25 per child to enter if you register by Wednesday, August 28, 2019, at 5:30 p.m. Participants must check-in onsite no later than one hour before their event. Each contestant will receive a t-shirt that can be worn to several future city events. There will also be a small dinner for all participants during rehearsal on Friday, September 6th.

The annual “People's Choice Award” will be back again this year. The girl that collects the most money in her individual pageant category vote will be crowned “People's Choice Winner” and take home the 50/50 prize - or half the money donated in voting. Girls are responsible for bringing their own personally decorated voting box with their photo. The box can be no larger than a shoe box (7 inches by 4.5 inches by 12 inches).

Baby Pageant

The popular La Vergne Baby Pageant is returning for children under 5 years old and not registered for kindergarten as of Fall 2019. The cost is $20 per child. The deadline to apply is August 28, 2019.

The Baby Pageant will be held on Sunday, September 8th at the La Vergne Middle School Auditorium. You must check-in onsite between 1:30 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. for girls and 2:30 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. for boys.

There's no talent portion and no interview. Only one outfit is required and no experience needed.
