About

All people, organizations, groups and/or companies participating in the Old Timers Festival - whether as a crafter, food vendor, private business, civic group - must fill out an application specific to their type of participation. Categories are listed below as Craft Artisans, Food Vendors, Civic Groups, and Sponsors. The 2018 Vendor Rules and Guidelines document (PDF) applies to all exhibitors and vendors.


Festival Groups and Vendors

The Old Timers Festival again welcomes the participation of our community partners in a variety of ways.

Civic Groups

At past events, we have welcomed our Civic Groups to share information about their organization, church, or group.  You may present information in the Civic area of the festival. Cost is $35 and must show proof of non-profit status.

The following fees apply:

  • $35 - per each 10' x 12' space


Crafters and Artisans
The City of La Vergne anticipates craftsmen from across middle Tennessee to come to the Old Timers’ Festival to show their products. The craftsmanship of these skilled vendors is top notch.  Crafts will be judged.

The following fees apply:

  • $50 - One Space (10' x 12')
  • $100 - Two Spaces (10' x 24')
  • $125 - Three Spaces (10' x 36') 


Food Vendors
Who doesn’t love a funnel cake, popcorn, and cotton candy? While delicious food choices are available throughout the carnival, we hope to offer our local favorites, including…

  • Barbecue
  • Chicken Fingers
  • Gourmet Hot Dogs
  • Hamburgers
  • Home Cooked Beans
  • Kettle Corn
  • Roast corn on the cob
  • Turkey Legs

The following fees apply:
For-Profit

  • $50 for Food Cart
  • $100 for a 12' x 12' booth
  • $200 for 24' x 12' booth

 Non-Profit

  • $50 for Food Cart
  • $75 for 12' x 12' booth
  • $150 for 24' x 12' booth

When you send your application, be sure to provide photos of your set-up. Additionally, all food vendors must have a current State of Tennessee Health Certificate in their possession.
