The 2018 Miss La Vergne and Baby Pageants will be held on Saturday, November 3rd at La Vergne Middle School. This year participants will be judged in both casual and formal wear.
The pageant is a wonderful way to get our young girls involved in the community. We hope the pageants give our children a way to build self-confidence and truly empower themselves.
The Baby Pageant will begin at 11:00 a.m. The cost is $20 per child if you register by October 24th at 4:30 p.m. All children who will participate in the baby pageant must be five-years-old or younger. They also cannot be registered for kindergarten as of Fall 2018. There will be no talent portion, no interview, only one outfit is needed and no experience needed. Applications will be accepted through November 1st at 4:30 p.m. The fee will be $30 for any applications received after October 24th.
The Miss La Vergne Pageants begin at 2 p.m. Each pageant category's winner and two runner-ups will be crowned at the conclusion of the pageant. The cost is $25 per child to enter if you register by October 18th at 5:30 p.m. We will be taking late applications until October 25th at 5:30 p.m. The fee will be $35 for any applications received after October 18th.
There will be a small dinner for all participants after the rehearsal on November 2nd.
The annual “People's Choice Award” will be back again this year. The girl that collects the most money in her individual pageant category vote will be crowned “People's Choice Winner” and take home the 50/50 prize - or half the money donated in voting.
This is not an open pageant. Only children who live in the city, attend a school in La Vergne or have parents who work or own a business in the city.
