The La Vergne Senior Center is hosting a Community Yard Sale on Saturday, April 27th from 8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
There will be more than 30 vendors who are all La Vergne residents and members of the La Vergne Senior Center. There will also be a silent auction with dozens of items including Predators autographed memorabilia, dart board, corn hole set and more.
Alderman Steve Noe, who serves as Chairman of the Senior Centers Advisory Committee, said “we are so excited that we’re bringing back the Community Yard Sale. This is a great opportunity for our seniors to be active in our community as well as highlighting our senior center and the benefits it provides to our members and La Vergne.”
The Senior Center began taking donations Monday, April 22nd. All donations given to the Center will be sold by Senior Center staff. All proceeds, as well as booth fees, will go to benefit the Senior Center.
