Carry The Load is a non-profit organization helping people celebrate Memorial Day by restoring the meaning and purpose of Memorial Day. Carry The Load, a 2000 mile cross-county event that will travel through La Vergne on May 20th, 2016, wants to unite Americans in a walk to honor those who have fallen– veterans, law enforcement, fire fighters, rescue, citizens, and volunteers– to “carry the load” for those who have and those who can no longer.
Come out and participate in the rally to show support for our veterans and those who currently serve. The event will begin at 4:00pm at the La Vergne/Smyrna city limit and end for the day at La Vergne City Hall.
