Kyle Brown

Biography
Kyle Brown is the Assistant City Administrator. Brown began working for the City of La Vergne in October 2005 as the Stormwater Project Engineer. He was promoted to City Engineer in July 2007 where he served until being promoted to Assistant City Administrator in 2016. Brown received his professional engineering license for the state of Tennessee in January 2009.

Originally from Parsons, Tennessee, Brown graduated from Riverside High School in 2000. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Tennessee (UTM) at Martin in 2004. While at UTM, Brown received awards for Most Outstanding Engineering Freshman, Outstanding Upper Division Student, and Outstanding Engineering Graduate.

Brown and his wife have been married since 2006 and have 2 daughters.
