Brent Hatcher has been the deputy chief since 2021. Prior to this promotion, he served as a patrol lieutenant, sergeant, corporal, FTO, K-9 officer, and patrol officer. Deputy Chief Hatcher was also an adjunct instructor at the Tennessee Law Enforcement Training Academy in the area of Defensive Tactics.
